Here are some of the places that I have been in the Cotswolds.  They aren't too original as I don't tend to venture that far but they are all good ones.

The Wild Rabbit - Hotel/restaurant

This is owned by Daylesford and is one of the dreamiest pub/hotels around. The interiors are relaxed with beautiful beams, cotswold stone, signature Daylesford sanded pebbles and rabbit memorabilia everywhere. The rooms are cosy and are all named after different animals. I went in the winter when you can have a tasty hot chocolate by the fire and it is also worth booking their restaurant for lunch or dinner. Make sure you book a month in advance though as it gets packed quickly or you can do a walk-in at the bar and enjoy the snacks. In the summer there is a nice front garden where you can put away a few pints. :)

The Chequers Churchill

The perfect country pub atmosphere with a reasonably priced menu in Churchill. The market fish and chips was particularly delicious and the cocktails were also good. This is owned by a Cotswolds chain called The Lucky Onion who own a few great pubs and boutique hotels in the area.

Soho Farm House

I did a cooking class at their lovely school back in June when the Capri book had just come out and I was blown away at how amazing the whole site is. You do have to be a member to go but members can be take in non-members and its worth a visit. They have a deli, a few restaurants, cabins to stay in, horse riding, bike riding, boating, a spa, a swimming pool, tennis courts and a cinema to name a few. The grounds on a sunny day are reason enough just for a country walk.

Daylesford Farm

In the heart on the stunning Cotswolds you can find Daylesford farm which has an amazing farm shop, spa, restaurant, florist and cottages to stay in. I stayed in The Egg Store while I did a cooking course at their wonderful school and I highly recommend going to one of head chef Steve's events. Everything that Daylesford does is the highest quality and so walking around their store makes you feel relaxed and seriously happy. If you're in the area then it's worth stopping by for lunch or even to buy some of the delicious homegrown vegetables from the shop for dinner. The also have three shops in London; Notting Hill, Pimlico and Marylebone.
