Cinnamon Bircher Museli with Everything. This is so delicate and queamy in the morning. It definitely takes porridge to new levels. The nuttier, the better! The soaked oats keep in the fridge for 2 days.
Recipe for 2 bowls
270ml almond milk
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp goji berries
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp cashews, toasted
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, toasted
2 tbsp sunflower seeds, toasted
2 grated apple
Place the oats, almond milk, chia, goji and cinnamon into a bowl and mix. Place in the fridge overnight.
The next day divide half the oats into a bowl and put the rest back in the fridge for the next day. Add half the cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflowers seeds and 1 grated apple into the bowl and mix. Serve.
